In the very early 1960s, David Johnson, Edgar Hetteen and Allan Hetteen made a trip to Maine to try the sleds on a much longer ride in the harsh northeastern winter.

Fifty years later, a twenty five antique Polaris enthusiasts recreated the ride with their beloved machines. This is a film of that event and it is amazing.
