The Polaris 65th in Roseau This Weekend!
The mother ship in Roseau is planning quite a program this weekend and August 17th looks to be the big day.
Friday there are plant tours at 1:00 and 2:00 pm, the Experience Center has extended hours, and there is a public cookout at 5:00 pm in the Gazebo Park.
Saturday starts with a pancake breakfast from 8-10 am at the Polaris plant. There are more tours, and the Experience Center will be open and then at 11:00 there is a parade on the main street that will probably feature some of the Starfire Kids.
The fairgrounds will have kids and adults riding courses from 1-4, and there will be a Vintage Polaris sled show from 12-4 in the Memorial Arena.
Get your copy of Starfire Kids – Midnight Blue Express at the Polaris Experience Center, then bring it to the Memorial Arena from 1-2 pm to have it autographed by some of the original and some new Starfire Kids! Don’t miss this opportunity – it doesn’t happen often!
At 4:30, you can catch a Polaris historical presentation at the Roso theatre. Then at 8 pm, you can attend the street dance outside the arena.
Sunday the Experience Center will be open all day, and there will be a concert from Rock/Country artist Tim Montana at 3 pm outside the arena.
