Dorothy Mercer loved the grueling, multi-day event that was the Winnipeg, Manitoba to St. Paul race. She finished in the top 5 in 1973, behind team mate and winner Stan Hayes. Her 295cc sled went home with her after that season and sat unmolested all those years. It was brought to a show a few years back where our friend Joel from SnoProUsa snapped this photo.
